“I’ve been a customer of RelaxZone in Richmond Hill since 2023, and I wanted to share an update on my visit today. I only write Google reviews when the service truly stands out, and today was definitely one of those memorable experiences. I just came from RelaxZone after an acupuncture session, and I have to say Peter is incredible. I came in with two weeks of severe shoulder and neck pain, and by luck, I got a cancelled appointment with him. During the full one-hour session, he used several different techniques targeting all my major problem areas, and a moxibustion massage. He hit every point perfectly. By the end of the session, I genuinely felt like I was floating—my pain was gone, and my whole body felt light. Peter is highly experienced, knows exactly what he’s doing. I highly recommend booking with him; you will feel the difference. It was also lovely to see the older receptionist lady back at the front desk today—such a positive change. The young receptionist from my previous visits was rude during my interaction with her. She wasn’t very customer-oriented. Overall, a wonderful visit and truly exceptional acupuncture care. I highly recommend Peter!”

“Relax Zone is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever been for relaxation and massage. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome and comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and patient, and they explained everything clearly. The place is clean, quiet, and has a very calming atmosphere. My therapist was professional, respectful, and really listened to what I needed. The pressure was just right, and they focused on my neck, shoulders, and back exactly the way I asked. After the massage, my body felt much lighter and my pain and tension were greatly reduced. The prices are very fair for the quality of service you receive, and they never try to rush you. I also appreciate that they are on time for appointments and keep the rooms tidy and warm. I am very happy with Relax Zone and will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place to anyone who feels tired, stressed, or has muscle pain. This is a wonderful spot to truly relax and take care of your body.”

“I booked an RMT massage and arrived on time. After the front desk brought me into the room, I ended up lying there for about 10 minutes with no explanation. When the RMT finally showed up, she didn’t bother to explain why she was late or apologize. Because of that delay, I had to rearrange my plans afterward. The massage itself was honestly disappointing. Her technique felt extremely inexperienced, to the point where it seemed like she hardly knew what she was doing.”
