“Took my first class at Yoga Passage today and was genuinely blown away. I’ve practiced hot yoga before, but this was a completely different experience. The energy in the room, the instruction, and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. I took Eddy’s class, and it struck the perfect balance of challenge, intensity, and mindfulness. The studio feels welcoming, professional, and deeply rooted in the practice of yoga rather than just the workout aspect. I left feeling stronger, clearer, and already looking forward to my next class. If you’re considering trying Yoga Passage, do it. It exceeded every expectation.”Read moreShow less

“Believe the hype regarding Kristen’s Sunday morning class. As a former professional dancer with Alberta Ballet and now a business owner/chiropractor, I’ve spent 20 years exploring movement, recovery and training for myself and my patient’s education. Her clear, guiding voice, thoughtful class structure and smooth movement flow gives space to connect your heart, body and soul. Her playlist is also top tier. Top regret is I am from out of province and can’t attend regularly. A must try class for new and experienced practitioners alike.”Read moreShow less

“I've been going to yoga passage since a month now. What i like most about the studio is its trainers. They are all very good and have their own different styles yet they are consistent so it's exciting to attend each of their class with a new expectation. Totally love the rooms, props and atmosphere of the rooms in the sessions. I wouldn't have it any other way.”Read moreShow less

“I came across Yoga Passage through friends in the yoga community and I’m so glad I did! It is a humble space with the kind of authenticity that I had been looking for and never finding in other studios My experience in the 200hr YTT completely elevated my understanding of this practice and philosophy. It was so much more than just learning how to teach physical asana classes. The depth of the curriculum and commitment of the other seekers involved opened my mind to what it means to truly honour the sacred lineage of yoga and to live it off my mat. I highly recommend this in-person offering to anyone who is wondering what it may be like to go deeper into their practice and find community in a way that attending classes cannot!”Read moreShow less

“I had a classpass offer and tried out a lot of yoga options in the beltline, but knew I was ultimately going to get the trial membership here because they do monthly classes at my apartment building. I enjoyed their classes at my apartment complex, but hadn’t yet been to their studio. I got the three week intro offer and I was genuinely impressed! I think the studio is super cozy with massive rooms. They have a ton of candles and incense, and it feels like more than “just a workout studio”. It actually felt like the intention is there to connect a little. So color me pleasantly surprised when I had the best class overall of all of the studios I had tried over the last 2 weeks! Every instructor has been phenomenal, I enjoy each of their energies and approaches. Also flipping adored the somatic classes!!! I was 50/50 on if I would get a full membership past the three week trial but I’ve been 3x a week since I got the trial, I just really enjoy it there!”Read moreShow less

“A beautiful space that cultivates a friendly, calm atmosphere in the heart of downtown. I have really come to enjoy the moments I spend at yoga passage and find I come away feeling more connected to both myself and others around me. Would highly recommend !”

“Felt welcome when checking in and renting a mat. Good energy in the space. I like the feel of the space-the wood floors, the large windows, the lighting was subtle. The instructor was loud enough for me to hear and I found it easy to go through the movements with her clear directions. I felt like I knew where she was going which allowed me to get to a deeper place.”Read moreShow less
