Consultations : Available with select clinicians. Submit the intake form (this will confirm your booking) : Please ensure to complete the quick intake form at least 48 hours before your session. Prepay kindly : Please send your e-transfer at least 24 hours before your session . This is our simple and secure payment method, as we do not collect credit card information. The intake form will provide the payment details. Receipt ready : You’ll receive an official receipt after your session to easily submit to your insurance. Cancellation and No-show Policy : We hold space just for you, so: We require 24 hours to cancel your session without charge. Less than 24 hours or 20+ min late with no heads up (No-Show) full fee applies.
