“Came here with a knee injury and have had the best experience, Manisha has been amazingly patient with my recovery. She has offered the best advice, doesn’t rush our work out and listens to what is happening to give me the best process to get my knee back to 100%. I can not say enough good things about Manisha. “I had a full knee replacement done in Collinwood 10 weeks ago and started going to SPC for my treatments. After 3 years of walking with a cane and the surgery I am walking with out a cane and mostly pain free so THANK YOU to Arshpreet for the care and patience you gave me. “I have been going to Shelburne Physiotherapy since last year 2024 in til now. I had breast cancer and Lympnoids removal which cause swelling to my arm and breast area. I was in so much pain and discomfort but since I am being treated by Manisha at Shelburne Physio I felt amazing. Her appearance is decieving but her strength in those hands are amazing. I felt pain but also sense of relief because I gained mobility in my arm. Where there is pain there is pleasure, mobility and strength which she has given back to me.”Read moreShow less

“I attended my initial assessment with Arsh yesterday . I was welcomed by every person I met . Arsh explained to me everything that the neurosurgeon had done in my back surgery . Showed me gentle exercises to begin doing and gave me my own personalized print out to show me what I can safely be doing to help my post op recovery .
