“I have known Carly since we were kids. She has always been so passionate about sports, so athletic therapy is a perfect fit for her. When I broke my Scaphiod bone this year I really wanted to see Carly for help in my recovery, rather than seeing some stranger that will hook me up to a machine for 45 minutes and charge me $100. Carly is located in Kamloops and I am not. We saw each other once shortly after my cast was removed so she could assess me in person. The rest we did via Zoom which was super cool and innovative! She gave me a comprehensive plan that was easy to follow. She not only showed me how to do the recovery exercises, but also explained why we were doing them which I loved. Now, 6 months post break I am able to ride my dirtbike at full capacity without worry!”
