Our Mission
At Wu Fong Tuina Medical Clinic, our patients’ best interests are at the heart of everything we do. We believe healthcare should be measured by meaningful results, not by the number of treatments provided. Our mission is to identify and treat the root cause of each condition through personalized, results-focused care with our specialization in Tuina Medical Massage. We strive to help every patient achieve the best recovery possible, restore function, improve long-term health, reduce pain, and minimize the need for ongoing treatment whenever clinically appropriate.
Direct Billing
We offer direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, and all TELUS Health insurers, including Canada Life, Manulife, Desjardins, and many others. We also accept ICBC patients. Please note, TELUS eClaims does not support direct billing for secondary insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. We offer three grace cancellations per calendar year for emergencies.
First Visit
For Tuina appointments, please wear thin, comfortable clothing (T-shirt, shorts, leggings, etc.). Treatment is performed through lightweight clothing without oils.

“I am so glad I found the Wu Fong Tuina Clinic. Timothy is very communicative, thoroughly explaining what I could expect during and especially after my treatments, and answered any questions I had. My chronic neck "kink" is gone, and we are currently working on other stuck areas with continued success. The clinic's space is clean and comfortable with a hot cup of tea and fresh water on hand. “I have had shoulder pain for almost a year and after trying tons of different places, this is the only place that actually fixed my problem. After only a few sessions, my shoulder pain was fixed and I haven’t gotten injured since. Tim is very professional and the clinic itself is very clean and cozy.
