“I truly cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff. Every single interaction I've had has been beyond pleasant. Dr. Wall is such a thoughtful and talented human being, it is always such a clean, calming, and comfortable experience. Client care is clearly the utmost important and I really do feel so well taken care of here. 10/10 would always recommend. “I have seen dentists before but I’ve never seen anyone with more knowledge and experience then Dr Wall. I’m well known as a coward with any dental work, but he helps ease my anxiety a lot. “I’m shocked by how I was treated at this office. My appointment had been booked incorrectly, which can happen, but instead of helping me sort it out, the office administrator was rude and condescending. When I was told I’d need to reschedule, the administrator even used a mocking tone. I have referred my entire family — nine people — to this practice, and I’m horrified by the lack of respect and professionalism I experienced. “In all of my years ,.. I had yet to witness or have truly experience such a level of profession, reciprocity, teamwork, and mindfulness combined. 🙏 The approach , conduct , consideration , as well as the overall supportive feeling is fluid throughout. It became clear to me after just 2 visits, that patient care is the main priority here. “I come to Wortley Road Dental only as an emergency patient as I live far out of town, and it is the only place I trust to take care of my cold sores. Dr. Wall has invested in an amazing laser that offers advanced treatment on an outbreak, and I’m very thankful he’s a skillful dentist that offers such a procedure. “Dr. Wall - and everyone on his team - are professional, compassionate and friendly. All of my experiences as a patient have been outstanding: they work to ensure you are cared for and respected at every stage and that the experience is as comfortable as possible. In an emergency? They will ensure you are treated as quickly as possible. Like to ask a lot of questions, like me ;)!? No problem, they like to answer them!
