“Absolutely avoid this place. They advertise one price online, then add an extra $15 “insurance” fee after the service is finished, even if you’re not using insurance. Staff repeatedly ask how much you’re tipping and don’t even provide a receipt unless you specifically ask for one. The entire experience was aggressive and unprofessional. Staff were rude, pushy, and made us extremely uncomfortable. My husband was pressured about removing his underwear after clearly stating he did not want to. We left feeling scammed. Based on our experience, this business is not trustworthy and lacks professionalism and transparency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You literally pulled the machine out of our hands and said “we don’t want your tip” because we didn’t tip you enough. Stop lying and saying it’s not forced. It was forced.”Read moreShow less

“Very disappointing experience. The pricing did not match what was advertised online, which felt misleading from the start. After reading other reviews, I can confirm that many of the concerns regarding professionalism appear to be accurate. What should be an optional tip is presented as if it is mandatory, and the atmosphere changes quickly if you decline. Customers should never feel pressured or uncomfortable when paying for a service. “This establishment is not professional and, in my opinion, operates in a misleading manner. The pricing provided in person was different from what was advertised on the website. Many of the negative reviews accurately reflect my experience. This does not appear to be a legitimate massage clinic. Tips are treated as mandatory rather than optional, and if you choose not to leave one, you can expect a noticeably negative attitude from the staff. “Super shady. Tip is enforced. They reply to reviews saying “tip is not forced and we appreciate it” when you see over 20 reviews saying the same thing believe the reviews. These people treat you like trash when you don’t leave a tip. 100% not recommending. Avoid and go somewhere where they will treat you like an actual human being with respect.”Read moreShow less

“So why are you forcing me to pay tip????! I wasn’t happy with the service!! So why do you go after me and my child to pay tip?? This is rude. Please manager if this place, go speak with your staff. She went out of her way and got Her PHONE WITH GOOGKE TRANSLATE TO SAY ‘ 1.5 hours of massage and no tip?!’ What if I can’t pay a tip!! “Less than one star. The young woman at the front was very nice and apologetic, but the woman who started massaging me couldn’t speak any English and had to communicate through the phone. I wanted a head and neck massage, as I booked for… she started on my back and tucked the blanket into my panties and I immediately told her no I booked a head and neck…. Here comes the phone. She kept on my back until I had to tell her again head and neck. She kept rubbing my dry hair with a towel matting it up, talking to someone else through the door. Her phone was beside my head pinging notifications. I lasted 15 mins and wanted to leave. Because of the phone communication I had to get snappy to be able to get dressed. “This place is definitely illegal and does very shady things. After a festival, I sent my fiance to my usual RMT and I really needed a massage and this was close. As soon as I got there, there's a man coming out of the room panting and sweating. I was grossed out immediately. I get brought into a dingy room and what was supposed to be a massage table was definitely not. There was nothing relaxing about this environment. My masseuse was supposedly late and the lady who was there just kept asking me what appointment I had. I did get a water bottle from her. Everything in my gut just told me to leave so I snuck out after waiting for 20 mins and left. They called me and I blocked their number. This place is sketch. These are not professionals. If you respect a real knowledgeable RMT, go see Christine Anderson on bank. She is the best massage therapist I've ever worked with and she is highly qualified in this field.”Read moreShow less
