“I have been receiving treatments through Mark for 8+ years. He has saved my back, gotten rid of my vertigo and kept my body in good shape. Staff at the office is also wonderful. I am thankful to them all and highly recommend.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about the amazing team at Woodbine Physiotherapy. Sharon and/or Grace are the Admin employees who welcome patients in with a great smile and “hello”! I’ve been a client of physiotherapist/owner, Mark Tsai, on and off for about 10 years. He has successfully treated me for chronic pain and arthritic issues, to most recently Post-Surgical Rehab. As well, he helped me through the pain with his great sense of humour. Mark has assembled a talented group of physiotherapists who also help patients regain mobility and reduce pain, and focus on a more positive future…cheers to them all!”Read moreShow less

“Mr. Tsai is one of the best physiotherapists I’ve ever worked with. He genuinely listens to your concerns, makes you feel comfortable, and takes the time to identify the root cause of your issue. His holistic approach—drawing on a variety of techniques—shows both his deep knowledge of anatomy and his commitment to effective treatment. Thanks to his care, my neck, shoulder, and back pain have improved significantly. The front-desk staff are also warm, responsive, and efficient, helping ensure every visit runs smoothly and on time.”Read moreShow less

“I have been treated by numerous Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Masseuses for chronic tension and pain issues throughout my life. Mark is the best Physiotherapist that I have met. He has treated me for about 8 years. Mark is manual therapy trained, which means that he has the additional education and experience to do Chiropractic adjustments. He has a very good touch, and only uses the amount of force that is required. He is much better at adjustments than most Chiropractors that I have tried. He is an IMS specialist (intramuscular stimulation), otherwise known as dry needling. Dry needling can get into the large muscles that you can't without pressing hard enough with an elbow to bruise and hurt you. I do NOT give reviews lightly, but Mark is one of the few people that I fully endorse. Bryan Gyene”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Mark for over 10 years. As a gym owner, I know the importance of being fit and healthy. Mark is a key part of both prevention and treatment! My dad and 2 of my daughters are also patients. Mark's depth of knowledge, as well as his toolkit are well beyond those of a "typical" physiotherapist. He has many advanced techniques that you will not find elsewhere. A one stop shop! And he's super nice.”Read moreShow less

“I can’t say enough good things about physiotherapist Mark Tsai at Woodbine Physiotherapy. I’ve had chronic lower-back pain for almost five years, and nothing else I tried made a real difference. Within five sessions, Mark completely changed things for me. His combination of physiotherapy, dry needling, and precise adjustments worked better than anything I’ve experienced before. He explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about getting you better. I finally feel pain-free and functional again. Highly recommend Mark to anyone dealing with long-term back issues.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve had the privilege of having Mark treat my shoulder and lower back on separate occasions. He uses dry needling and manipulation which definitely worked. Mark is attentive, knowledgeable and extremely attentive. He is a true professional and I have even had my own mother see him for her own shoulder issues. He’ll also be sure to send personalized resources for you to work on that will help with whatever areas that you need work on.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Mark now for 15 years for IMS and physical therapy and he is truly the best in his field. Very knowledgeable and always making me feel better. His two receptionists Grace and Sharon are a pleasure to see and always willing to help squeeze you in for an emergency. Mark is so well known that you need to book weeks in advance to see him otherwise but it’s absolutely worth it!”Read moreShow less
