“I had a micro needling treatment that was thorough, hygienic and comfortable. My esthetician, Kate, took all the time I needed to go over any questions or concerns, and explained what was happening step by step. I felt truly cared for! “Received a tixel treatment from Katie. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. I have a low pain tolerance and am generally nervous around procedures like this and she did an excellent job putting me at ease and explaining everything carefully. “Exceptional service and staff. My teenage daughter had a great experience with Kate for a treatment consultation. Wolf Willow has a very welcoming atmosphere in a super cute shop offering tons of Canadian made products (by lots of female entrepreneurs). The shop is on Station Street in downtown Duncan (adorable street with lots of other shops to check out as well). There was a sincere approach to giving the best advice on treatment, and I could feel Kate's passion for what she does with a natural professional delivery (and extensive knowledge base). Ashley was also a pleasure, and helped with some skincare products and offered a lot of great insight. We did not feel "upsold" on anything, and truly felt the suggestions were most fitting for what was needed. Wolf Willow is a great spot where you feel the staff sincerely love what they do, which translates into an incredibly positive and warm experience. “I have nothing but good things to say about Wolf Willow. I have been working with Kate to address some long-standing skin issues I've been having. We started with Hydro-Facials and once my skin had reduced in sensitivity we started resurfacing laser treatments. So far this has been my favourite treatment! The process is not painful, just warm and tingly. The first treatment I had some mild purging after a couple of weeks which was expected. After that cleared my skin honestly looked better than it had in years. I just had my second laser treatment and am so excited to continue to see even more results. Aside from the treatments, the staff at Wolf Willow has been so great. They have not been pushy with sales (I've experienced this with other MedSpas where they only see you as a commission $$) and have been really friendly and helpful.
