“The staff was polite and professional, very patient and answered any questions I had. The optometrist I had was Shane Cornelson. He was very friendly and great, explained everything clearly and educated me about my eye health. It was my first time getting my eyes photographed. It was interesting going over the photos and getting things explained to me. I would recommend this clinic. They were great with helping me pick out glasses and providing their feedback as well! “I had a great experience at this optometrist clinic. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Shane was excellent very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the eye exam. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. “I'm super grateful to everyone at the clinic (Nick, Serene, and Dr. Natasha Lam) for fitting me in on short notice when I called with eye pain and light sensitivity so bad that I couldn't open that eye. During the exam, Dr. Lam was very thorough, patient, and gentle. She found a couple of corneal abrasions, prescribed the appropriate medications, and did follow ups in time to be sure it was healed and safe for me to stop the medication. Thank you SO SO much. “My husband and I have been going to Wink Optometry for three years, we greatly appreciate the thorough examination and care. This is the first time we order our glasses here. My husband was very happy, my progressive glasses weren't fitting my need so I decided to change them. The staff was very patient and attentive to my needs.
