“The staff are amazing, so caring and understanding when It’s that “time” parking can be a pain. The staff their knew exactly who I was before signing in, just go to the room and see mom, no time to waste. The elevator is down, run up the stairs!!!”

“My in laws have been on the 8th floor for almost 2 years. That staff are friendly, kind and really care for the residents. My mother in law has a bad sacral wound and since she moved to Windermere the care has been so good her wound is almost completely healed. They also worked hard to keep my in laws together even though the care requirements were different.”

“The staff is friendly, I visit my dad time to time from another provinces. I like how my dad tell me story what the staff do for him, and the facility provide for him. I could tell the staff cares for the folks. Because when my brother tells me facility offer for my dad, it is very inspiring. I also understood my dad want and need most. Honestly, thank you! This place did help my dad stayed in peace. He really just want to enjoyed watching his sports.”

“Found the manager Jose to be very arrogant. Cancelled my appointment with out contacting me. Was very condescending "This may not be the place for your mother". Front line staff were also abrupt and dismissive. Very poor impression of staff :(. Will look elsewhere!”
