“Wilson Health Kitchener is the place to be! It’s clean, bright and relaxing. Overall one of the nicest multi-disciplinary clinics I’ve been to. First, a huge thanks to Nicole, the spectacular chiropodist who essentially solved all my problems with custom compression socks is a lovely soul - she truly cares about her clients. Keep her and never let her go! Second, cudos to the magnificent ladies at the front especially Angela and Toni - are clearly the ones who make the place run smoothly and keep a tight ship! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 they don’t take any flack and I am in awe of how they stand up for themselves and others while maintaining professional standards. All capped off by one heck of a manager named Lily - seriously don’t let anyone take her away she is so patient and understanding - especially when “Karen’s” are around! Lastly, I haven’t had any other services yet, but I have heard nothing but rave reviews about Rinku the esthetician and the one male RMT they have there - who is apparently a miracle worker using deep tissue healing techniques - needless to say, I definitely will be back to check those services out too! Minus the aweful marketing ads on social media (they need a better creative designer), I would hands down recommend Wilson Health Services to anyone who asks for somewhere that people are treated well and valued for who they are not what they pay!”

“I had an amazing massage today at Wilson Health Services at Kitchener location with Anh Hoang and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. He played soft instrumental music in the background, which created such a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Even the light was perfect. What I really appreciated was that he was quite and concentrated during the whole massage 💆🏻‍♀️, that made a huge difference for me because I was able to fully relax and enjoyfully the massage. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that I almost fell asleep! If you want to feel fully relaxed I really recommend a massage with Anh. The massage itself was absolutely incredible: the technique, the pressure, everything was perfect. I have never had a massage like this before. The front desk ladies are also amazing and make you feel welcome! I will definitely be coming back to have a massage with Anh. Highly recommend!”

“After multiple back surgeries and chronic pain I have been looking for a massage therapist who is not afraid to get in there and release tension. Anh is amazing!!!! Best massage therapist I have ever been to! He listened and asked what I need and focused on the areas I needed most!!!! 10/10 experience and you have a forever client now!”

“From the super friendly and knowledgeable reception staff to my regular chiropractor, RMT and hopefully temporary physiotherapist, Wilson Health is a fantastic clinic to visit to get your body on the right track! I’ve seen different RMT’s and Chiropractors over the years and they have all been amazing. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!”

“IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GENUINE CARE I WOULD NOT GO HERE! I came here for chiropractic for my back and soon felt more like a customer, not a patient. They expect you to commit to paying right away for an expensive bundle regardless of your concerns and they would not accept the fact that my availability was limited due to work and kids. Then it turns out that they booked me in for months in advance when I was only ready for next week's appointments. Who books appointments for people without it being agreed upon prior?? They were very friendly and the treatments were fine however the whole process was a little too pushy in my opinion.”

“Had my first massage session with Anh Hoang, RMT today. He listened and understood my problematic areas and worked on them thoroughly. His knowledge on the anatomy and the stressors is great. Gave me some good stretches to work on at the end of the session. Overall had a great experience, Hoang is very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him !”

“My shoulder treatment has been incredibly smooth thanks to my physiotherapist and her team. From the start, the receptionists were excellent, showing interest and accommodating my needs. Ms. Patel and her team demonstrated expertise and devised a good plan combining shockwave therapy, massage, and exercises (to be done at home, supported by an app). I highly recommend Wilson Health Services for their professionalism and compassion.”

“I started visiting this clinic when it first opened and had a great experience with the team—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I went regularly for a couple of months and was really happy with the care I received. However, by early 2024, my experience took a turn due to ongoing issues with one of the front desk staff members (I believe her name was Kristen or Christina). She was often distracted on her phone and made several mistakes with my direct billing claims. She repeatedly told me my claims were denied, even though they were always successful when handled by other staff. After multiple frustrating conversations—and showing her proof through my insurance app—she would “resubmit” and the claims would suddenly go through. The final straw came when I overheard her on a personal phone call in the waiting room saying things like, “I'm sick of working. I have my other job. You make enough money for the both of us.” I walked out after that and transferred my file to the Guelph location, which was closer to my work at the time. After getting promoted and working from home a year later, I decided to give the Kitchener location another chance. Thankfully, I haven’t seen that staff member since, and my recent visits have been smooth and professional. While one bad experience did shake my trust, I’m happy to say that the clinic as a whole offers great services and I’m trying not to let one negative interaction overshadow the care provided by the rest of the team.”
