“I’ve had excellent experience at Wilson Health Services over the years. I first came in a couple of years ago for Achilles pain and saw Dr. Patricia Wilson, along with Milos for laser treatments. They completely resolved the issue, and two years later I’m still pain-free. I also got orthotics at the time, which have made a huge difference. More recently, I returned for back pain and have been seeing Milos again for physio, as well as Manci. Milos is fantastic at what he does. I also started chiropractic care with Dr. Cole, who put together a clear three-month plan, and I’m already seeing results. I’ve even brought my daughter in for a foot issue we were concerned about. She received great care, and the problem hasn’t come back since treatment. The front desk team is always polite, organized, and professional. One thing I really appreciated was how they handled scheduling. They asked for my availability, booked out my appointments for three months, and printed everything for me so I could easily add it to my calendar. They also send text reminders, which is a huge help. They offer great value too. I received a very affordable introductory rate for my first visit, and when I prepaid for sessions, I got a significant discount, close to 25%. It also helped keep me accountable to stick with my treatment plan. Between myself and my family, we’ve probably had 30 to 50 visits here without a single issue. “I've been going to Dr. Wilson for my lower back and hip pain issues and his care and treatment helped me get quality of life back. I've been able to get out walking again, enjoy playtime with our daughter and get back to more of my regular routine. If you're in the Waterloo region and are in need of some similar care I can't recommend him and his practice enough. “Have been going to Wilson Health Services for some time. Always have a positive experience. Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable and very thorough when it comes to explaining to his patients. I also have Mansi as my physio therapist and she’s amazing and caring! I also see Kelly one of the massage therapists and she amazing also. “l felt like I got brushed off by Brooke and her assistant. They were nice but rushed my appointment and it felt like I was pushed out the door. l ended up going to another clinic in town, the chiropodist there was genuinely caring, helping and he took the time to actually explain things in plain English. “Be careful as to the services you need from Wilson Health Services. They have multiple services available. The one we used actually caused added pain, discomfort, and inflammation. When we contacted Wilson Health Services about the problem, they stated they did nothing wrong and that we should contact our medical practitioner. We then seek proper medical attention, were prescribed multiple doses of antibiotics and compounds. Weeks later, still dealing with the problem caused by their staff. You shouldn't feel worse after a treatment and If you have to contact a medical doctor, what value are their services...”Read moreShow less
