If you've chosen to be a Healthcare professional, you've also elected to be caring and empathetic. My husband had a bone lodged in his throat for a solid 4 hours at the risk of perforation and I get "well, he's breathing so he's good" from one nurse. Then I just asked for a time check to another nurse to be told "this is the Healthcare system" with a cold demeanor. I get it, but these are not necessary things to say and I said that to her and that she was in the wrong field of she can't show compassion. She literally lashed back and I asked her why she was still talking to me, stop and I walked away. Insane. I only ended up here as it was close by and my husband needed urgent care (ended up at Brampton Civic for an emergency endoscopy). The lack of empathy and cold, unnecessary remarks are not welcomed nor acceptable, coming from another person who has been in Healthcare for over 30 years. Find another profession of you can't be nice to sick patients.

Great experience! I went for iron infusions. This department was always clean and organized on my visits. Always on time. In fact, if I came early, they started right away! The nurses were awesome!

I brought my son almost a week ago due to abdominal pain. From start to finish everything and everyone did an amazing job. Every staff member was so nice and went above and beyond to help him. Huge shoutout to all the staff at urgent care including the ultrasound tech... You all made a very stressful situation feel more manageable for this stressed out mama!

On July 23, 2026 about 9PM I brought my niece to Peel Memorial because she was having vomiting and diarrhea. The registration was easy, then they sent us to wait in the yellow area which had about 15 patient. After 90 minutes one patient get called to go do some blood work. Then I heard another patient said she was there for 5 hours and didn't get called. After hearing this I went to the nurse station to ask how long is the wait time that the child was having vomiting and diarrhea, she go who and mentioned the name with an attitude the wait time is about 4 and half hours. I then had to leave and take the child to a private doctor. Nurses should have a pleasant personality at all times and they should have let the patients know how long the wait time is. I'm very disappointed.

I had a very positive experience at William Osler Health System – Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness. The staff were friendly, respectful, and professional from the moment I arrived. The healthcare team was attentive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for patients. I truly appreciate the dedication and compassion of everyone who works here. Thank you for providing excellent care and outstanding service.

I know people have mixed reviews about this hospital but my brother and mother both had a really positive experience. Everyone knows wait times im canada are very long (perks of free healthcare). Anyways, the er doctor did a thorough check on my mother before sending her home because at first he couldn't figure out why my mom was facing symptoms such as dizziness and such. After doing a bunch of test they discovered a aneurysm. No other doctor was this thorough with my moms treatment. So we thank the staff at Peel Memorial for doing such an amazing job.

After dealing with a cough for over a week, my doctor referred me to Peel Memorial Centre in Brampton for testing, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, security officer Rashim welcomed me with such kindness and professionalism that I immediately felt at ease during a stressful time. The staff throughout the centre were incredibly warm, friendly, patient, and caring. A special thank you to the gentle nurse Paramjit who drew my blood with such care and compassion, and to RPN Jaspreet who took the time to carefully look into my results. I’m also deeply grateful to Dr. Hooda, who diligently ordered the necessary tests and ensured nothing was overlooked. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness made a difficult experience much easier. The environment was clean, organized, and efficient, and I felt supported every step of the way. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the people who come through their doors. Thank you to everyone at Peel Memorial for the outstanding care and compassion you showed me. It truly does not go unnoticed.

Worst experience as for wait times & nurses. First of all, i’ve been waiting in ER since 8:30pm to 12:50am night (over 4 hours) to see a doctor but waiting time can kill a patient. Secondly, nurses don’t know how to take blood as it literally paining in my hand after blood has taken. Doctors/physicians are very less. The need to hire more doctors. Anyways, Canada’s medical system is free but its worst too. One more excuse to go back to India (best medical system).

Worst urgent care EVER! Got here at 9pm it's now 3:30am and still have not seen a doctor. When my sister first came in they took her blood pressure, it was 140 2 hours later it was 170/101 clearly a emergency! The doctor orginal suspected preclempcia even after all the increasing signs that my sister was experiencing we are still here the entire urgent care is EMPTY every patient that was here when we checked in has gone home hours ago and we still have not seen the doctor after her test were done hours ago!!!! Worst hospital ever!! The nurses are also the worst! They speak to you rudely they don't care! Spent 30 minutes just lounging and talking about their up coking vacation at the resort! And when you go to ask a quesrion the nurse looks at you with an annoyed face and says "what's up" I'll be back to update!
