“Went for my first ever Colonic and I'm so happy I did! A little unsure and nervous of what to expect, thankfully Amanda made the entire experience comfortable and not at all awkward! I found it fascinating to see the waste come out and most importantly how great i felt after the session! My bloated stomach felt much lighter! Light back pain gone from backed up waste, period was more tolerable than usual. Many benefits. Recommend trying this with Amanda 10/10. I suggest drinking lots of water/hydrating foods days before and afterwards to ensure the body is nourished. The day after I was thirsty but feeling great! Will be returning. Thanks again Amanda! You rock!!”
