“Have been seeing them for pelvic floor PT and have seen a good improvement. As I've gotten stronger they have told me I can come less often. They are knowledgeable and listen to any concerns/progress I notice and adapt that session accordingly. She also explains why each exercise is beneficial and which ones I should prioritize when doing exercises at home.”
