“Shane is an awesome personal trainer and message therapist. I really enjoy my time working out at his facility. He has an incredible gym set up with a wide verity of equipment. He is very personable and knowledgeable; a great gent to both help you get your body back into shape and to have a conversation with. His Golgi Tendon Organ (GTO) technique greatly minimizes any pain I felt when getting a deep tissue massage from him. One of the best messages I’ve had here in the Leduc and Edmonton area. I’ve been training for a half marathon and I greatly appreciated Shane’s advice. I took a shock therapy session on my leg and felt relief from the pain I’ve been experiencing. Looking forward to more sessions. Supper happy with the direct billing option as my current insurance plan covers most of the services I’ve received. No matter what your goals are, or if you are looking for a really good massage and a wide range of services I would highly recommend checking out Whylite Fitness! 5 Gold Stars all around!”Read moreShow less

“I have been a client of Shane’s for several years getting personal training and the last 3 years here in leduc for shockwave, training, and massage. The gym at the studio has all the amenities of a big box gym in a smaller space that is cleaner, well maintained, and without having to wait for every machine. Shane and Leah both have personal training certificates which lends well to knowing exactly what my body has needed for massage and recovery. They have helped get and keep me in the best shape of my life and I couldn’t recommend nicer people to support who are running a local wellness business.
