“To Begin with first anytime i have visited the hospital specially emergency and test lab staff has always been super rude and not helping at all. i always have to wait more than 8.5 hours at the hospital to get checked and the sad part is that they judge you if according to them you have a serious issue or not , maybe they should offer first come first serve and that's should be considered for any or every individual walking in to get services. if emergency service is being offered it should be more efficient than the regular service . most of the staff in emergency sit and talk loudly discussing their vacation plans or trips and from personal experience when i had to wait that long i did went out to ask the nurse that how long it would take as i have been in here for more than 7 hours and she aggressively said "don't leave your room stay there". After that experience i had a lot of tests done which i had to come back and pick it up from the lab and sit another almost 6 hours to get them diagnosed by doctor to clarify if i have any serious health issue , or to get prescription if required. i feel like it should be the responsibility of the hospital that if they want to run so many tests they should consider providing the service responsibly and not putting it on the patient to get their reports and sit for so long just to get them checked by a doctor. i have always had a really bad experience visiting this hospital and i wont recommend it to anyone. i would like the hospital to consider giving every person that walks in to get help be treated the same way. even the staff mentioned that the service is so poor that we might not be able to accomodate you but still i waited then now the nurse just rudely said that we have 10 people ahead of you even though i have been waiting longer than most of the people here by now. i would request the higher authorities to take this complaint in consideration as a lot of patients walked out without getting help today .”
