“My mother took me to see Dr. Gudrun Tonskamper about 10 years ago. Back then I wasn't into naturopathic medicine and whatnot. But, my mother insisted that I go and I am VERY happy that I did. Everything she told me and wrote down has come to fruition. Someone mentioned in a review that she thinks she was scammed. I thought the exact same thing when I went for my appointment. She is not a scam artist. Dr. Tonskamper is legitimate. Here is my story. I went with my mom to my appointment. I was told to bring all of my vitamins, herbal pills, and such which I did. Dr. Tonskamper had me put them all on a metal plate which was attached to a machine of some sort. (It has been almost 10 years so I can't remember every detail.) I'm pretty sure she had me hold 2 metal rods that were attached to the machine and metal plate. She then told me which vitamins, herbs, and such to take. She then took a rod an rolled it on the sides of each finger and toe. She may have done other testing. But, I can't remember everything. She then gave me a list of foods to eat and what NOT to eat. She also informed me that I will having bleeding, adrenal, and spleen problems. I still have these papers and notes to prove all of this. I did not take any of this seriously. I thought it was a hoax. But, I am here to tell you that IT IS NOT A HOAX and I wish I would have been more open minded sooner. A few years after my appointment with Dr. Tonskamper I suddenly started having heavy and irregular periods. Within 2-3 months I had to go to the doctor and almost had to get a blood transfusion because I had lost so much blood. Turns out that I had fibroids in the lining of my uterus. I had the fibroids shaved down. But, a few years later I had to have a hysterectomy. Losing so much blood and having a few years of heavy, irregular periods lead me to be very fatigued and iron deficient. Hence the bleeding she mentioned. I started having adrenal fatigue which she also mentioned. I literally would go to work, come home, and sit or lay on the couch because I was so exhausted. I have always been very, very energetic. So, to be exhausted from just going to work was very, very unusual for me. Having a lack of blood and iron didn't help. Once I had my hysterectomy it took about a year to feel somewhat back to normal energy wise. Now about 10 years later I recently started experiencing a mild, aching pain in my left from center abdominal area. Interesting enough I happen to run across the paper with notes from Dr. Tonskamper about the potential bleeding, adrenal, and spleen issues. I had already experienced 2 out of the 3 she mentioned and now I was experiencing this mild, aching pain. So I looked up where the spleen was located and indeed it is where I am having the pain. Now I am doing whatever I can to heal my spleen. I have been researching Traditional Chinese Medicine and the advise Dr. Tonskamper gave me matches TCM. Another reason I started to believe Dr. Tonskamper is because over the last 10 years I have been to 2 other naturopathic doctors and a Chinese Herbal doctor that mentioned some of the same issues and all recommending some of the same foods and herbs as Dr. Tonskamper. She is worth the money and it is worth your health. Go to her and get your results. Then start researching TCM and take care of yourself.”Read moreShow less
