“I was really impressed with my whole experience at White Pine Family Dentistry. When you go for your first visit your name is on a chalk board . The receptionist Miranda greats you with a smile. Then you go into have X-rays done by Moona and she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I meet Dr V and he was really good explaining to me about what was going with my teeth and if I had any questions. The hygienist Kara was also so thorough . “I very much have always been impressed with the staff and atmosphere of White Pine Dentistry, today was next level. I had my first cavity fill with them and as most people are, I was anxious, I can honestly say it was the best dentist experience I’ve had. I even got a call the next day from The Dentist who did the work; inquiring if everything was ok! I know that it is somewhat weird to say that a trip to the dentist was great; but it was. “White Pine Family Dentistry exceeded our expectations from start to finish! I was referred by my mom and am so grateful I finally booked an appointment. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical and dental visits, but Lanya, the hygienist, was incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring. She worked quickly and efficiently while keeping up a friendly conversation that helped keep my nerves at ease. Later that day, I brought my daughter in for a same-day appointment after school. She had previously gone to a pediatric dentist where the experience wasn’t great.. they were only able to count her teeth. Lanya started with X-rays and successfully cleaned and polished her pearly whites! She explained every step in a gentle, kid-friendly way, showed her the “cool pictures” of her teeth on the screen, and kept her engaged the entire time. When Dr. V came in, my daughter was a little nervous. He immediately noticed her bunny stuffy and asked its name, then asked if she wanted to help him check the bunny’s teeth first. She giggled and said the bunny didn’t have teeth! He suggested they pretend, and suddenly she was excited to help! He patiently demonstrated what he was looking for using the bunny before moving on to her exam. Within minutes, she was confidently choosing her new toothbrush. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and professionalism with both of us. Finding a dental office where both parent and child feel comfortable is priceless. “I love my new dentist (White pine ) is owned by family. They have a photo album in the office for us patients and staff to enjoy. Which I did.😊 You will see photos of family, outings with staff & fundraisers/charity. Dr. D Did the work on my crown and was so gentle? Followed up with a phone call at home, which is very impressive these days. Most of my appointments have been with Taylor, who is also very gentle.
