“I had a really bad experience recently with this clinic. I think their front desk and management is rude and have little empathy in how they talk to the patients. For any patient going through health issues, it is a hard journey. Seeking naturopath care is very expensive on it's own. It seems as if this clinic only cares about the money and less about the patient's health and truly listening to what the patient needs. The initial visit is very expensive set at $420 which is a lot more than what others charge. Even if the Dr may have year's of experience, there is no excuse to treat patients with disrespect. After the first appointment, i was informed that I would have to wait till the next appointment became available on the waiting list. That could easily mean a gap of over one month. This clinic needs to do better for it's patients. If the Dr. and staff can't manage it's patient base, then they need to stop accepting patients. People have lives as well.”Read moreShow less
