I got my friend's recommendation to Dr. Perizzolo in the urgent situation and I'm so pleased with customer service of the office and Dr. Perizzolo's professionalism. My two appointments were easy to book, got appointment on time, was listened, heard, & provided with valuable information and got referenced to the proper clinic. Highly recommended and Thank you for your help and professionalism to the whole office.

I needed a small emergency repair for a chipped tooth. The receptionist, Zoe, was so helpful, and my experience with Dr. Perizzolo was painless and quick!

Whistler smiles dental clinic provided such a wonderful experience! Their team is so lovely and I have recommended them to all my friends & family. Zoe was lovely to chat to and gave me great information on their services!!!

Don’t go here. Never had worries about going to the dentist and had been here once before with a female hygienist and she was great. The second time I went I had the Dr do my cleaning and it was awful, spraying water everywhere, as well as then aggressively wiping down my face himself after doing so. Felt very very uncomfortable by the end and will not go back. Needs to learn better patient beside manner as I’ve never felt so out control and disrespected getting my teeth cleaned.

I reached out to Whistler Smiles for a basic cleaning, made it clear that I wasn’t looking for extra services, and even had my old X-rays sent over in advance. After initial contact, they completely ghosted me—no follow-up, no explanation, nothing. If they didn’t want to provide the service, they could have just said so instead of wasting my time. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Worst dental experience of my life, was made to feel like I was overreacting when I flinched in pain and then spent the next few hours in pain during my root canal. I have since seen a different dentist and realized this is not normal. Would not recommend!

Expressed concerns and the circumstance I was in prior to a root canal I was told I was needed. They se t me an email to cancel claiming it was for my "welfare" follow up email was ignored. Older lady at the desk is highly skilled at making you feel uncomfortable. Sadly would not recommend at all, lots of negative feedback amongst the community regarding this practice. Have gone elsewhere and was determined their diagnosis wasn't even the procedure that was needed. They have caused alof of unnecessary stress and cost.

Both my partner and I got work done here, both of which are now having to be redone 6 months later. Very disappointing. The bedside manner of the dentist was disappointing over all. Nice at making small talk and seems like a nice guy but during the filling of my cavities he commented on how my mouth was difficult and didn't walk me through what was doing which was quite anxiety inducing for someone not a fan of the dentist as is.

Do not get Botox here. While myself and my husband were being injected I had major concerns with technique for the frown line injection - Dr Dave only injected into the procerus muscle and none into the corrugators which is the main concern for us. This was in contrast to the past injections I have had with the same number of units that worked very well, and in contrast to every other doctor's technique I have seen in the past (I am a doctor and have worked in a number of clinics that do botox). I figured I'd give it a chance to work before discussing my concerns as perhaps he had a new technique that somehow worked for him. After 14 days I called the clinic at advise that for both myself and my husband there was unsurprisingly 0% effect. Dr Dave responded that there was nothing he could do but offer additional units at full price. Do not waste your money like we did, it's expensive - find someone who knows what they are doing, or at least is willing to work with you if their technique needs work.

I was on a vacation and developed a very sore upper jaw. The Dentist was able to get me in that day and diagnosed a tooth infection. I ended up with an antibiotics prescription and within a day I was feeling much better and able to get my vacation back on track. I found the fast treatment to be very efficient and economical. Really appreciated the office getting me in with no notice.
