“I am so absolutely great ful to have come across What's Good. They have really changed my life both physically and mentally, the work the do is absolutely ground braking. I have suffered with peripheral neuropathy due to my genetic disease called Fabry, because of that my quality of life definitely was effected. I used my hands used to shake like crazy but after my first appointment my hand went still and have not shaken since! My peripheral neuropathy pain has gotten so much better too, to the point where I can even calm it during an episode. As for mentally the people here are so amazing they treat you like you are part of the family, they are always willing to listen if you are really struggling and try to help as best as they can. I am so very grateful to have come across them and I highly recommend them to absolutely anyone who is looking for help with neuropathy, arthritis, trigger finger and much more.”Read moreShow less

“After three and half years and five surgeries on my spine, I was spending about twenty hours a day in bed. When standing, or walking, I was bent over to one side and walking any great distances was impossible. I saw What’s Good on a commercial one day and thought I would see what they could do for me. From the first time I walked in, I felt like I was meeting up with family. The smiles on the staff at the front desk and Katrina and her assistants make your visit as comfortable as possible. After eight months I am now able to stay on my feet for ten to twelve hours a day. I can go for three or four hours drives and am now standing a lot straighter. Katrina has done wonders for me and I am forever grateful.”Read moreShow less

“What’s Good by Design Wellness truly feels God-sent. From the moment you walk in, there is a sense of peace, care, and intentionality that is hard to put into words. It is not just a wellness facility—it is a place of healing in the fullest sense. Katrina, the main acupuncturist, is a rare gift. In just my first couple of sessions, I felt deeply seen, listened to, and cared for. Her knowledge, calm presence, and genuine compassion reflect a vocation rather than just a profession. There is something very grounding and prayerful about the way she works—like she understands that healing involves the body, mind, and spirit. I am incredibly grateful for her and everyone who works there for guidance and support so early in my journey. I truly believe God works through the hands and hearts of people like Katrina, and I thank the good Lord for leading me to this space. I left each session feeling hopeful, supported, and at peace. If you are looking for thoughtful, faith-aligned care rooted in kindness and wisdom, this place is a blessing.”Read moreShow less

“Katrina and her team are amazing. I have erythromelalgia/peripheral neuropathy. I spent three years going to appointments with two Neurologists. They couldn't agree on my condition. After many consultations and two biopsies, they finally agreed on my condition. I was told there was no cure and nothing they could do. My feet would swell up, turn red and were burning hot. They were so painful I couldn't sleep, I would sit up all night with my feet in ice cold water. I couldn't wear shoes. My future was very bleak. I saw Katrina's advert on T.V. I had my doubts, but had nothing to lose. So I started treatment. The difference is miraculous. It took a few months for me to feel the improvement. I now have my life back again. I look forward to going to the clinic. It's very comfortable. The team are friendly and helpful. Katrina is very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you to Katrina, Charleston and all the team.”Read moreShow less

“I have been a client for What's Good for over 7 months and I am 80% complete in my program, while at first the improvement in my Neuropathy was slight, over the past few weeks it has been remarkable. Pain while standing has almost disappeared, pain in my feet has reduced and what is truly remarkable is the new sensation of being able to feel hot and cold in my feet again. All this has added up to a better walking gate and improved walking. I would highly recommend Katrina and her Team of efficient and effective wellness providers.”Read moreShow less

“Katrina and her team have done wonders improving my long covid symptoms. Even in the few months I have been undergoing treatment I have seen an increase in my energy and a reduction in my overall pain. Katrina listens carefully to all of the symptoms and factors affecting my health and encourages a community-based approach that fits my needs and those of my family. The entire staff is friendly and caring and I feel so at home and welcome in the clinic. What's Good is truly a unique place, and I am so glad I found it!”Read moreShow less
