“I am incredibly frustrated with the administrative and financial management at Westwood Family Chiropractic. While the actual chiropractic care might be the focus of the clinic, the staff responsible for tasks like communication and billing are in desperate need of retraining. I repeatedly dealt with blatant billing errors, including being charged for services I never received. To make matters worse, they openly offer zero interest payment plans to patients but once they get your credit card on file; completely fail to follow through on the agreed-upon terms, rendering their financial agreements entirely meaningless. To add, although asking two different staff at separate times for copies of my chiropractic service agreement, as well as my payment plan agreement. Both staff told me it would available the next time I come in and they never were. This lead to the most alarming issue being their unauthorized financial transactions. This clinic has charged unauthorized lump sums to my credit card without my consent, or approval. Going against an authorized payment plan. It is completely unacceptable and unethical to dip into a patient's account whenever they see fit, especially when it directly contradicts the payment schedule we had explicitly agreed upon. They consistently ignore emails, fail to return phone calls, and offer zero accountability when you finally do manage to reach someone. The sheer incompetence and poor communication from the staff have made what should be a healing environment into a stressful nightmare. Save yourself the financial headache and find a clinic that respects your time, your money, and basic business ethics. I have emailed communication receipts documenting everything. I would strongly advise people to go anywhere else for spinal decompression and chiropractic care. They're also $40 more expensive than other decompression clinics and use lower quality equipment.”Read moreShow less

“I can't speak highly enough of Westwood Family Chiropractic. I had found myself in a situation with my back where I was in significant pain and my mobility was nearly non-existant after an injury. Dr. Coutou and the clinic team have been fabulous and the pain is almost completely gone. Thanks to Dr. Coutou's recommendations for exercises between visits, my mobility is getting better every day and I am well on my way to being able to continue achieving my health goals.”Read moreShow less

“had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. At the beginning, I was treated extremely well and was led to believe that I would see significant improvement. I ended up spending around $4,000 on spinal decompression therapy, which I had to finance. While I was undergoing treatment, I did feel some temporary relief. However, as soon as the sessions ended, the pain returned just as before. It feels like the treatment didn’t provide any lasting results. What was most upsetting was how I was treated after my sessions were over. The level of care and attention completely changed. During my final visit, there was no proper follow-up, no real evaluation, and barely any communication — it was essentially just “goodbye.” I also had a very difficult time obtaining my medical records and final report, which my family doctor requested. I had to go back multiple times, send several emails, and my calls often went unanswered. It made me feel ignored and disrespected. Overall, I felt more like a paying customer than a patient. Once the treatment was paid for, the support and professionalism disappeared. This experience left me feeling used and very disappointed. I would not recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“Very comfortable welcoming environment and friendly staff. I appreciate the setup of short exercises to prepare for the adjustments as it allows the body to be more receptive. “I have been to the Westwood Chiropractor many times for different reasons. I see Dr Coutou. He is so welcoming and he takes really good care of you. So easy to talk to, just a great guy all around.
