“It's easier to enter by these doors, on the weekend it's a little more challenging. Receptionist is very polite was able to tell me what therapists was available around my schedule. Open 7 days a week !”

“I usually have an awesome experience here with Westwinds Massage, but today was awful. The room was so bright, I asked the RMT to close the blinds or the curtains and she was said this is how it is. I’ve been in that particular room many times, it’s definitely not this bright. On top she kept talking and commenting on random things, and then had the fan going for herself in the room. “I’ve been coming to Westwinds Thai Massage for a long time because Jinda is an amazing RMT and I absolutely loved her services. Unfortunately, the management completely ruined my experience. I had an appointment booked for 10:00 AM. I arrived on time and waited there for 25 minutes with nobody attending to me. I called multiple times while waiting and nobody answered the phone either. After getting frustrated and leaving, I suddenly received a text saying (at 11:23 ) my appointment was actually at 11:30 AM. This kind of mismanagement and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of clients’ time. “A clean, cozy and beautiful clinic in a central NE location. The clinic is not that hard to find as the email includes good directions. But it's very close to the Chai Bar. The front desk attendant was very pleasant and the lobby is cute and warm. Some of the spa rooms are very beautiful too and everything is very clean. You can tell the business takes pride in what they do. I had an 60min deep-tissue massage with Amya after taking a long break from massage therapy and was very pleased. Amya took the time to establish what my needs were and frequently checked in during the massage. She was very friendly and is obviously very passionate about what she does. Following my massage I felt like I woke up from the best nap of my life. My back also feels amazing. I'll definitely be returning and I'm glad to have found a great clinic.
