“The staff are wonderful - especially Betty. However, my sister doesn't like the food and won't eat. She is not used to the menu they currently employ. I asked them to serve my sister food she's used to and they refused except for the odd occasion. They said they'd occasionally give her fish. I'm watching my sister lose weight because the dementia has rendered her unable to fathom that if she doesn't eat SHE WILL DIE. I am desperately upset.”Read moreShow less

“This place is horrible they don care about the people I have my mother there and I frequently find her practically naked they don't change her diaper the place smells orible she fall 17 times and nobody does anything about it .”

“Worst place ever!!! The personal working there don't care bec they have an Union and It doesn't matter how much you complaint the supervisors don't do anything, and on top of things they give you attitude. I have found my family member who lives there, almost naked in the cool weather, and in dirty pampers a few times, the place smells like urine bec they don't dispose the pampers properly, and urine is sometimes left on the floor for hours before they clean it. Residents are not supervised so they fall down often, most of the nurse assistants come from agencies so don't care either. But sadly it's the same everywhere else.”Read moreShow less

“My mother has been in this home for almost 4 years now. We have been very lucky with the PSWs we have had taking care of my mom. I go every day and have seen many things! Believe me, from what I can see, many (not all) of these PSWs are not paid enough! They really do care. I am thankful for all their care.”Read moreShow less
