“Jinalben is a wonderful physiotherapist! She is very friendly and patient. She spends time to make sure you understand the stretches and exercises, and really knows what she is doing! Would highly recommend her as a physiotherapist!”

“After a workplace injury I did 12 weeks of physio here. Patricia and Michelle were absolutely amazing and sooo helpful. They bare both very knowledgeable and down to earth. Definitely recommend booking your appointments here!!”

“Just wanted to give my honest review at Westmount physio. My daughter (7 yrs old) had a bad fall and broke her arm which resulted having a cast for around 7 weeks. After the cast was off the mobility of her arm affected and her arm got stiff. “Have been coming here since the summer for a pinched nerve in my neck which effects C5-C7 and a meniscus and acl pain in my knee. Have been seeing Ash and Michelle. These 2 are the absolute best!!! Just love them and can’t say enough about them. I have never felt more comfortable with the customized care plan they put together for me. Along the way they tweaked and changed some things, always so willing to listen and work out the best possible care for me. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly and truly listen. It is so clear they strive to help you, to put you back into the best shape possible and make your days a little less painful. I am scheduled for Acl and meniscus repair surgery on Monday, and have no doubt these 2 will help with recovery, strengthening and getting me back on track to be able to enjoy the activities I love. Isha and Sarah at the front desk are just amazing as well. So accommodating and friendly, and just happy. For as many clients they see in a day, week, month the fact they welcome you by name no matter how time goes by between visits is just so special. The entire clinic should get 10 stars. “My family has been clients of Westmount Physio for several years. We are dedicated customers because of the high level of customer service that is provided by all of the staff at this clinic. The front desk staff are always courteous and accommodating regarding a patient’s appointment needs and availability. I have been a patient of Physiotherapist Patricia Martel’s during this time. Patricia is always kind and offers a high-level of patient care. She is knowledgeable in addressing all of my physio issues. I have seen significant results under her care. Because of these reasons, I will be a patient of Patricia’s for several years to come! In addition, my son is a patient of Jordan. He has seen Jordan throughout the years to help with rehabilitation needs from sports injuries. “Their page says they are open until 8 PM, but when I go before 8, they are already closed. Also, the staff are not very polite.”
