“I must share always such a warm & friendly Dental team at Westmount dental from coming in through the door to my mom being in great hands. My mom (Maria) always share with me that the dental hygienist(s), dentist(s) are always so gentle & kind to her. As well, John the Denturist is amazing! I love his way of taking care of my mom’s needs & then always takes the time to share with me how her appointment went. John takes the time to share & the time to listen to one too! “Hadn’t been to the dentist in much longer than I’d like to admit and had to get a broken tooth extracted. The staff here were incredibly kind and understanding, and were more than happy to explain the process to me in the detail I needed to feel confident in the procedure! “I visited this clinic yesterday and had a very good experience. The staff was kind, and the dentist made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everything went smoothly. Excellent service as always. The dentist and staff are very caring and professional. “HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.! The NERVE of this dental clinic. They made a mistake on the bill and my girlfriend paid the bill and left and it shows up on her bank statement and then call her back to pay more . Then the nerve to CALL ME and tell ME that she owes money. What kind of clinic is this? I will never recommend this clinic. WHO'S fault is this? THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THEY WERE TAKING HER TO COLLECTIONS. IT'S NOT MY BILL SO WHY PHONE ME? HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!! WE WILL BE PHONING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND THEIR CALLS ARE RECORDED. I went to ask them in person all and got recordings of them saying that she said ( costumer) " Im waiting on my boyfriend to pay the rest" why would I pay it? “I had a really great experience at this dental clinic. The doctor was extremely professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The dental assistant was also very friendly and professional. Honestly, their work is high quality and very professional. I’ve never been to a clinic this modern and well organized before. The way they treat their patients is amazing, and the reception staff were very welcoming and respectful as well. I also had a small misunderstanding during one of my visits, and they handled it immediately with professionalism and care. It genuinely felt like customer satisfaction is their top priority. Quality, professionalism, and kindness all in one place. I highly recommend this clinic. I only wish I could remember the doctor’s name I just remember it starts with the letter M, and she truly deserves recognition. This is my third visit, and I’m very satisfied every single time. “I had an appointment yesterday and it was a fantastic experience. This is my second time visiting this dental office, and both times Josh was the one who cleaned my teeth. He did an amazing job. He was extremely gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I felt no discomfort at all, which I really appreciate. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
