“I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy. The doctor in the emergency room prescribed a weeks worth of an anti- viral and prednisone but said it could be 1 to 6 months until I would see improvement. My right eye would not close and the right side of my mouth drooped making it difficult to drink and speak. I had heard that acupuncture could help relieve some of the paralysis. Never having had acupuncture before I was somewhat skeptical. After my first treatment with Sherry there was a slight improvement. After my second appointment the paralysis was almost undetectable and by the 3rd treatment any sign of paralysis was gone. Sherry took time to explain the procedures and answered all my questions.
