“Dr. Rida Pirzada was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Pirzada explained everything for me so I could understand what was going on with my eyes. “I've been going to Dr. Foster for over 15 years and his professionalism, knowledge and care is unparalleled. Recently, I had an eye irritation, and he took such great care in explaining in detail what was causing it and how to resolve it. He even sent me home with some dailies, and mailed me additional daily contacts to tie me over for the holidays. I find the front staff to be extremely kind and personable as well. Additionally, Dr. Foster is extremely honest and will not suggest new glasses/contacts unless needed - at my last visit, he noted the change was so minor that I would not notice any meaningful change if I got new prescriptions. “Poor return policy. I ordered glasses through them where they didn’t have the frame and the frame needed to be ordered online. They didn’t look good and I was forced to proceed with purchase basically wasting $1000 of my money for glasses I do not intend on using and never used once. I have read your reply and remain dissatisfied. Obviously customer satisfaction is not your priority and exploiting your customers for financial gain is. I have begun a lifetime boycott of your company from this point onward. Also I’m not sure why you’d ask me to call you when you made abundantly clear you have no intention of assisting me in this matter. Seems like you’re adding insult to injury/ theft. Hope you feel good about stealing my money. You’re obviously desperate and hard up and need it. Probably because your business isn’t doing well because you’re shady.”Read moreShow less
