“This place is really above the rest, from very knowledgeable and efficient reception, to amazing therapists! Kyle is unlike other physiotherapists we’ve gone too, he is very knowledgeable and experienced and hands on. He sees the problem like an X-ray would or maybe even an MRI! He knows just what needs to be done. He helped me with my hip, knee, lower back, my husband with his lifelong back issues, affecting his knees and shoulders, and helped my mom with several concerns including after a car accident. “I first went to West Shore Physiotherapy with significant hip issues. Previous doctors had been discussing surgery as the only option to correct the problem. Before moving forward with that, I reached out to West Shore and connected with Chiropractor Brad Hasilo. After reviewing my situation, Brad recommended a treatment plan focused on targeted stretching, adjustments, and improving hip and back mobility. The difference has been remarkable! Brad knows exactly where to apply pressure to relieve pain, and his understanding and knowledge is exceptional. I had lived with discomfort for years and had even seen multiple surgeons. Due to COVID delays, my surgery was postponed and eventually cancelled. And since working with Brad, I’ve been able to avoid surgery altogether. I’m now pain‑free. Brad is attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was genuinely impressed by his approach and the results.
