“West Physio which is located in the basement of the Arnprior Medical Centre is awesome. Their staff are super friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. I went in complaining about pain in my knee area. I met with physiotherapist Jo Grewal for an initial assessment and within 5 minutes determined that it was my hip that was causing my pain. Seven sessions later she tells me that I’m good to go, no further visits required, however! should the pain return contact them immediately. She said that if I continue doing the exercises they provided and showed me how to do them I should be fine. They also set me up with online demos of my exercises. I highly recommend that you give them a try, you’ll be glad you did. Thanks ladies much appreciated, 5 star rating.”Read moreShow less
