“We had such a great experience at West Kelowna Orthodontics for my 11 yr old son. All the staff were so welcoming every visit- it was a pleasure visiting the office. Dr Kehler was very thorough with treatment and we completed the first phase of 2 phases once all his adult teeth are in. The time frame was exactly as predicted. Would definitely reccomend to anyone needing work done!”

“My permanent retainer wire came off & I had never been here before, despite this, they were able to get me in the day after I called & were up front about the cost! The staff there are so lovely and they did an awesome job! Will be returning for any future fixes for sure!”

“We had an exceptional orthodontic consult for my son today. I flagged in advance that he is autistic, anxious, and initially resistant to the idea that anything was “wrong” with his teeth. Both the dental assistant and the orthodontist were outstanding. They spoke directly to my son, chose their words carefully, explained things clearly without pressure, and gave him space to answer for himself. As a result, he engaged calmly, asked and answered questions, and left the appointment feeling confident and respected. It was clear this team understands how to work with anxious and neurodivergent teens in a way that builds trust rather than resistance. I am genuinely grateful for the care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness shown today. My other child is already a patient here, and after this experience, I couldn’t be happier with our choice. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful appointment a genuinely positive one”
