INSURANCE BENEFITS/ICBC: We offer direct billing to most health benefit plans. Select practitioners bill to ICBC. We do not bill to Worksafe BC.
If you cannot find a suitable time, please sign up for our waitlist at the bottom left hand corner of a therapist’s booking profile. You will receive a notification if a spot opens up. Openings are briefly reserved only for those on the waitlist before being released to the public.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our policy requires a credit card to be on file for booking. You will only be charged for a no-show/late cancellation or for any outstanding amounts after direct billing to your insurance. There will be a $50 fee for cancellations made between 24-48hrs of your appointment. Cancellations made within 24hrs or a no-show are subject to the full charge of the treatment cost. For cases of communicable illness, we must be notified via email or phone call before 8 am on the day of your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee of $50.
COMMUNICABLE SYMPTOMS/ILLNESS: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any communicable symptoms, please cancel & reschedule when asymptomatic.
FIRST-TIME CLIENTS: Applicable intake/consent forms must be signed and completed prior to your treatment.

“It was my first time trying acupuncture in August 2024. I did tons of research before my first appointment like reading traditional chinese medicine literature, articles, western scientific journals and watching some YouTube videos. Kevin was my acupuncturist. He was absolutely incredible. He really understood my health concerns, history and issues. I liked that he asked me many health & lifestyle questions for an accurate diagnosis. His diagnosis and health advice were insightful, in-depth, informative and useful. My acupuncture experience was pain-free and very relaxing. I almost fell asleep during the treatment. He did cupping first and then did acupuncture on my full body. I can tell he mastered his craft and understood acupoints very well. I suffered from shoulder pain, lower back pain and low energy level. After only one session, I felt that my body was healing and the chi was unblocked. I definitely felt the difference and believed in the health benefits of acupuncture.
