“I visited West End Optometry in January and had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Jay was especially wonderful. He took his time to clearly explain my situation and what my test results meant, and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. They also helped me pick the best frame for my face and needs, carefully considering my preferences and making thoughtful recommendations. Their guidance made the process easy and enjoyable. “I bought 2 pairs of glasses in April 2024 and am very happy with the style and quality and also with the excellent eye exam. Today I called at 9am hoping to get in the same day because I had vision problems that were worrisome. They took me in to see Dr.Chan within 1.5 hours and again I was given an outstanding level of care and the most thorough eye examination. “Dr Jason Wong is an exceptional Doctor and his office offers exceptional service. I say this because he takes all the time you need to have ALL your questions answered and shows you ALL the results from the extensive array of tests taken in his office. WOW he has some very high tech equipment and that can be intimidating. However, after having him explain all the results of your tests, you feel assured he has given you a most thorough examination. Your eyes really can show you what your over all health condition is. Friendly, patient, helpful, educational in a relaxing atmosphere really astonishing in this day and age. Highly recommended his services as everyone in that office caters to the customer in a professional genuine heartfelt manner. They offer a full range of services. Even dropped off my old pair of glasses to donate to those in need.
