“PREGNANT PATIENT LEFT IN PAIN AND BLEEDING AFTER A FAILED IV ATTEMPT… We came for pregnancy IV hydration with Dr. Sheena Wu. She was unable to place the IV, appeared visibly unsure, caused significant pain and bleeding, and left bruising/redness on my wife’s arm. The treatment was never completed. For a clinic offering IV therapy to pregnant patients, this is extremely concerning. Management should urgently review the practitioner’s IV competency, training, supervision, and the clinic’s protocol for failed IV attempts. This is not simply about poor service … it is a patient-safety issue.”

“I booked a 60-minute massage and cupping session with Brad and he was absolutely wonderful. I hold most of the tension in my upper back and neck, and I honestly can’t describe how much lighter I feel. I’ll admit, I tend to bounce around between different RMTs because I’m very physically active and I like experiencing different styles and techniques. I usually have a good experience, but this one really stood out. I’ve had cupping done before where the cups are just left in one place for 10–15 minutes, but with Brad, every cup he placed on my upper back felt intentional. He was also super attentive throughout the entire session and even mentioned that he noticed slight scoliosis, which none of my other practitioners have ever pointed out before! He was always made sure to check in to make sure everything felt okay and that the pressure wasn’t too much. Overall, 10/10 experience with Brad. I’ll definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!”

“Body in tune is a serene and peaceful clinic hiding on the 2nd floor on the very busy and noisy Bloor street West end. However, the moment you climb the stairs and enter the space, you will forget that you are at Bloor Street. The space is very aesthetically designed and the sound insulation is next level. You won't hear anything even if a car explodes on the street. After doing a lot of research online for an acupuncture service, I came across this clinic on google and I was surprised to see a 4.9 star rating. I thought this won't hold true. This was my first time visiting them and the moment I stepped in, I realized why this place was so highly rated. The staff at the reception are friendly and welcoming and then Dr. Shahla Bastani walked in! She was so warm and sweet and took her time to explain everything and how the next hour will look for me. She's absolutely amazing at what she does and her feather touch with the needles spoke volumes of her experience and expertise. I definitely dozed off for a while in the middle of the service cos that is how relaxed I was. And did I mention how quiet this place is!? Let me remind you again, it is pin drop silence. This was my first visit but definitely not my last and I have even convinced my wife to consult Dr. Shahla for the exact same service. If you need help with any service that is covered by Body in Tune wellness, I would highly recommend that you try this clinic. You will not be disappointed. I thank google for helping me find a fantastic clinic so close to my neighborhood.”

“I get a full body massage from Shahla and she is incredible. I have ongoing issues with my wrist and shoulder, and she really listens and remembers my concerns each time I come in. I mainly go to relax and enjoy some much-needed “me time,” and Shahla never disappoints.
