“Daryl is a genius. I have been going to him for several years and I know that no matter what is wrong with me, he will figure out the cause (I've learned that it is not usually what I think it is). I definitely get the best results when I actually do the exercises he gives me, but even without the exercises, the needling and manipulations help a lot. Daryl showed me a neat trick to wake up my rear delts and when I do it right before lifting, I can lift 30% more weight. More importantly, it doesn't hurt afterward. He is great at figuring out "mystery pain", where something hurts and you have no idea what is causing it. Also, I have been going to Katie for massages for a few months now and she is amazing. For several years, I had very tight upper traps and I feel like the knots are finally getting untangled. They get a little better with each session. Between massages from Katie and physio with Daryl, my body is much more resilient and I recover much faster from injuries.”Read moreShow less
