“From the get go the receptionist’s tone could have been more welcoming. I felt rushed and didn’t feel particularly welcome during the interaction. It left me with a negative impression, so I decided to call another clinic to schedule my eye exam instead. “★★★★★ Absolutely recommend! I went in yesterday to get my glasses fixed, and the staff were patient and thorough. They inspected the frame and hinges carefully and explained what might be causing the issue. I came back today when a more experienced technician was in, and the adjustment was done with great attention to detail. The temples feel secure again, the frame sits evenly on my face, and it’s noticeably more comfortable to wear. The whole process was professional, friendly, and not rushed at all. Great service!
