“I have been seeing Elizabeth Howes for several years now and can’t recommend her enough. She is very thorough and knowledgable and has a very relaxing and calm presence about her. The whole clinic is wonderful and is small and personal. And even though it is located downtown, I never have difficulty finding parking on Wellington right in front of the clinic. “Great staff who are very skilled in their craft. Will always make sure you're getting the most from your visit. I once messed up my calf running and when I booked an appointment with a massage therapist here to work it out she focused on my calf for most of the appointment. “I loved my relaxation massage with Elizabeth. She is very professional and has a very good understanding of the problem areas in the body. Furthermore, she gave me recommendations on how to work my tense areas at home. The ambiance is great because is a quite space, and the downtown location is perfect! “I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Carlyn Brown every couple weeks for the last ten years, and I cannot say enough good things about how this has improved my general well-being. I initially went to Carlyn when I had a very painful shoulder problem, and we worked on it for months, such that it is no longer a problem at all. I also regularly have tight shoulders/neck (a result of working on a computer plus stress/tension), and Carlyn also improves this condition. In both cases, this has involved acupuncture but also acupressure, massage, cupping, etc. Importantly, when Carlyn asks how I've been -- she really, really listens to every fine point of my reply, compares my reply to her notes on what I said the last time(s), and then carefully chooses how she will treat me. “This place is fantastic. Both my husband and I have had wonderfully relaxing experiences here with the therapists for acupuncture, massage, and reflexology. All were amazingly professional and experienced.
