“I have been going to Well Within on a regular basis since 2019. Normally, I go every two weeks for an adjustment just to keep things working well, but over the years, I’ve had injuries that required more frequent adjustments and support. Dr. Celina has been absolutely fantastic right from the start. She has always made me feel comfortable and safe, and has helped me in so many ways over the years, both in adjustments and in general advice to ensure my health and well-being. Now I look forward to my biweekly visits; it’s a quick appointment with instant relief! I am so thankful for Dr. Celina and the whole team at Well Within, and I highly recommend them to anyone!”

“I was a little nervous to take my baby to a chiropractor, but I knew something in our lives had to change and chrio seemed like a great option for us. Once I read that Dr. Celina adjusted her babies minutes after they were born I knew I found the right fit. “Twice now Dr. Mike's adjustments have inflicted pain/damage that I did not have prior to my appointment. I went in for a 'maintenance check up' feeling perfectly fine - and left feeling like I had been in a car accident. I immediately informed him that something was wrong as I was now experiencing pain that wasn't there before. I was told to simply ice the area and shooed out the door. And yes, if your back/ neck is out, an adjustment can absolutely cause some temporary swelling and tenderness. This was not the case! I walked in completely pain free and walked out with significant pain - pain that got exponentially worse. Within 12 hours the pain was unbearable. So bad I couldn't sleep and could barely function. This was the second time this happened with Dr. Mike - which is unfortunate as he's a very nice, personable guy. Both times I called the clinic and told them how much pain I was in that I didn't have prior to my adjustment with Dr. Mike. The clinic brought me back the the next day to see Dr. Celina. Fortunately in both cases she was able to correct the improper adjustment and alleviate the pain almost immediately. She's a great chiropractor. Unfortunately in both instances I was actually charged another FULL FEE to fix the pain/damage that was inflicted by Dr. Mike in the first place (?!) If you make an error (which happens, we're all human), especially one which causes pain/ injury that did not previously exist, you correct that error and apologize. You do not correct your error and then CHARGE for that correction - AGAIN. That is an unacceptable way to treat patients - and to conduct business in general. Since this was the second time this had occurred I emailed the office to express that I was upset for being double charged to fix a problem they had caused in the first place. It wasn't about the money, but the principle of it. Dr. Celina called and left a message asking me to call the clinic to speak with her - which I did. However I was told she was unavailable and would call me back. Which she never did. Sadly, because of all this my spouse and I will not be returning and can no longer in good conscience recommend Well Within Chiropractic to others. (Also they're the only chiropractors I've ever come across that do not direct bill - which is quite inconvenient, not to mention annoying)”
