“Staff are very friendly and professional. Mandy is always very welcoming and Lily is always my number one when it comes to massage. Also got my orthotics here with the chiropodist, nicely fit my everyday shoes (running shoes). Will keep coming :)”

“I was referred here to see a pediatric cardiologist. I was not expecting the doctor to be located inside a "massage parlour". Looked like Vcare has several units within the plaza and each "unit" is a different opporational /purpose unit. However all of the units seemed to shared one entrance/receptionist (to save on costs I guess which is understandable) but definitely not the easiest to explain to a 3 year old why there's floral scents and candles amd coffee/tea served when he is going in to see a doctor for a heart mumur. It also made me very uncomfortable to be in this sort of environmental setting.”Read moreShow less

“Although I was recommended to Vcare by a friend who had good experience, I would NEVER go back and would not recommend anyone to this clinic. If you respect yourself, your body, and want a clinic that actually cares about you, then you need to AVOID this place at all costs. After going to this clinic, my neck was in more pain than I’ve ever experienced in my life, with a sharp pinching feeling that would not go away. I’ve spent additional money at legitimate RMTs to try and fix my pain which could have been avoided! I also have a scar on the shoulder to forever remember this horrible traumatic experience! These results were all because of the inexperience of the Chiropractor at this clinic and negligence of the massage therapists. I was introduced to the Electronical Muscle Stimulation machine (similar to Dr. Ho’s machine). I told the doctor I was nervous and this was my first time using the machine, she assured me that it will help me with my muscle tightness. During the appointment, the machine was so painful I was not able to withstand it and told the doctor to turn down the power. I proceeded to the massage after this appointment as this was the regular routine and the massage therapist did not mention anything unusual. Later the same night, I was feeling very sore and in pain from the day’s treatment. My husband noticed a deep red circle on my shoulder and he described it like a deep bullet hole, filled with dry blood. I immediately took photos of the injury and sent them to Vcare as I felt that this was NOT NORMAL. Two days later, I went to the clinic to show the Chiropractor the injury who denied that it was from the machine and actually blamed me as having an allergy to medical adhesive. Firstly, the machine does not use any adhesive. Secondly if this was true, all other areas where the pads were used should have had a reaction as well which it didn't. Thirdly, after getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other clinics, they have agreed it could have been the mis-use of the machine. Another relatively minor issue is that they are extremely behind in billing and processing paper work. They are processing the paperwork 4 months after my last appointment with them. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would also add that some of the 5 star ratings in google reviews are done by their own staff - how unprofessional and unethical is that! “Ive bn coming here for yrs now to get treatment fr their osteopath. Im rarely going now as i live very far away n cant always get appt when i hv time. Place used to be very clean but few yrs ago after changing owner washrooms etc wasnt as clean or well maintained, water pressure prob? to wash hands, gowns strings torn, etc. Receptionists in general r still courteous.”Read moreShow less
