“Krista... there was no confusion. There wasn't even a talk about the payment. I assumed you would be charging the fee of continual treatment, and you tacked on the extra $15. Sure, it's a small amount of money. Unless of course, you are in a lower wage bracket and have constant conversations with your partner about spending. Thank you very much for your services. “I prefer going to a chiropractor over a physio if something is particularly bothersome . Krista pays attention and listens, doesn't rush and definitely takes her service to you seriously. I was thoroughly assessed, with a hip issue but came with back discomfort. She assessed my hips and back. She knows her anatomy and can find the sore spot.
