“Got a night stay in the Wedgewood suite as a birthday present. The most ridiculous incident happened, violated our privacy, staff handled extremely poorly. Night manager had no real solution but traumatized us twice more. The experience can be sumed up as traumatizing, embarrassing, dismissive. The lack of the most basic hospitality training was clear. Clearly they lack the basic protocol for such situations which could have been easily handled by simple apologies and any gesture for making it up to us. Room was underwhelming but OK. definitely not worthy of a 5 star.”Read moreShow less
