Patients of Dr. Patricia: Dr. Patricia will be on maternity leave from December 24, 2025 until July 2026 . Please plan accordingly for any prescription refills.

Masks are not required at our clinic, however, we ask that if you OR someone in your home has had a recent cold/ flu symptoms within the last 7 days, please wear a mask in your visit and the waiting room.

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. For new onset illness, we can switch your appointment to Telemedicine/ Virtual if appropriate for the type of visit (Intake, Return visits), at no fee. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, miss their appointment, or decline a Telemedicine visit in the case of illness (when appropriate), will be charged a cancellation fee up to the cost of the full visit. Note that business days are Monday through Saturday until noon. The cost of a late cancel/ no show fee will be run automatically using the credit card on file within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this policy.
