“Sharon-anne was excellent to deal with. She was recommended to me by a friend as I got BPPV (vertigo) following a flight. She asked a series of questions and performed a number of tests to diagnose me (some with specialized equipment) and then treated me. My vertigo went away instantly. I found her to be highly knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. She went out of her way to keep me at ease and explain things along the way. She was also extremely personable. I would highly recommend that anyone with BPPV go see her rather than suffer and wait for it to resolve itself. My vertigo felt awful and I felt I couldn’t do anything. It is best to go sooner rather than let it get worse and to increase the chances of success. I tried to Google my way through it and replicate the Epley manoeuvre at home with mixed results. I learned there are actually a number of other techniques depending on the exact nature of your issue. It is best to see a professional. A lot of people claim to do this but few are properly trained in vestibular therapy.”Read moreShow less

“The care and treatment at Wave Physiotherapy is extremely personable and very effective. I've seen at least 15 physiotherapists to help treat chronic joint pain from an autoimmune disorder and Sharon-Anne has provided the best care I've experienced in 10 years. She's helped me regain strength and build confidence in returning to an active lifestyle. I would highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“Sharon-Anne is the one who saved me from an extremely violent episode of vertigo that lasted two weeks. After going to an ENT who only did the Epley Manyever. Sharon-Anne was the one who figured out the crystals had moved to the horizontal canal and did the appropriate maneuver. While it’s taking me some time now on my recovery journey, she successfully helped the world stop spinning for me!!! 🙏🏽”Read moreShow less

“I had an excellent experience with Sharon-anne. I came in with a very strained knee from a running injury that was starting to affect my other knee. I was not in good shape! She methodically got me to do graduated exercises week to week so that I was back in shape in no time, and I'm happily back to running. She's very compassionate and knowledgeable and fun to chat with, so our visits were always really enjoyable. Can't recommend Sharon-anne at Wave Physiotherapy highly enough!”Read moreShow less

“When I developed tendinitis in my dominant hand/wrist Sharon-Ann helped me recover quickly and I am so grateful. Her attention to detail and personalized approach really sets her apart from the rest. I have a physical job and she developed a few exercices that target specific movements I make often at work. She sends links to videos of the proper technique and makes sure not to assign too many at once. This was a big factor in the speed of my recovery as I didn’t feel overwhelmed and did them more regularly. Sharon-Ann is also very caring and her space is calming - always look forward to my visits.”Read moreShow less
