We are very pleased to welcome Jeff Chant, Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) , to the Watershed Wellness team. Jeff brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to emotional and relational wellbeing, adding counselling therapy to our services. Clients are now able to book with Jeff for support through stress, grief, relationships, and life transitions.
A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Louise (Lou) Lyman on completing her Osteopathic studies and we warmly welcome her to our team of Osteopaths!
Lou is offering 60 minute osteopathy treatments for $130 + HST.
Genie Bright, RMT, CMRP has shifted her practice solely to Matrix Repatterning.

“Title: Effective, Pain-Free Relief with Genie Bright I visited Genie Bright at Watershed Wellness for Matrix Repatterning to address several old injuries and persistent low back pain. Genie’s expertise and deep understanding of the treatment process immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence in her care. Since beginning sessions, my back pain has improved significantly, and I’m experiencing less discomfort from all my injuries for longer periods. “I first visited Genie Bright for Matrix Repatterning in January 2025, building on the significant improvements I had experienced with this modality the previous fall. I wanted to address some lingering symptoms, and I’m so grateful I did. From the very first session, Genie felt like a true healer with a rare and special gift. Her presence was like a warm embrace, and it felt like she could intuitively sense what I was going through. I appreciated how much she educated me during our sessions, explaining exactly what was happening in my body and why certain symptoms had resurfaced. For example, an old leg injury had been causing my headaches to flare up again, and after she worked on that area, my headaches eased up almost immediately. Now, I rarely have them unless I go too long without taking a break. My sleep has also improved significantly; I now fall asleep more quickly and sleep more deeply. Plus, my tolerance for busy activities has increased a lot. “I have been struggling with a frozen shoulder for over 1.5 years. I’ve been doing physiotherapy religiously and had injections done twice into my shoulder and joint. But like ‘some’ frozen shoulders my progress plateaued. I was told by my physio, for some frozen shoulder’s recovery time can take years to heal. Frustrated and looking for solutions I began researching Matrix Repatterning which I had heard about by a friend. Sceptical and cautious, I watched a few videos and read on what exactly this was it seemed to make sense and I had nothing to lose. I began seeing Genie Bright for Matrix Repatterning in March 2021, after just the first visit I could feel a difference in pain level and range of motion. When I began my arm couldn’t lift past 75 degrees (not even shoulder height) and my external rotation was around 10 degrees. In practical terms I couldn’t raise my arm to shave my armpit, reach forward in the car to adjust the radio, reach to my bedside table to put my glasses down and getting my bra on and off without assistance, pain and/or restriction. After 5 sessions I am blown away and VERY happy with the results. I can now do all of the above with minimal discomfort. I still have a way to go but the jump in improvement is mind blowing to me after being stuck at a certain level for so long. There are so many other subtle changes (like my posture) and improvements that I am noticing too, but to summarize I would highly recommend Genie and this modality of treatment.”Read moreShow less

“I have had a very transformative and eye opening experience through Matrix Repatterning with Genie Bright! Having scoliosis as well as having suffered concussions and nerve damage, I was surprised to see the effects over the course of a small number of treatments. I have received massage, physiotherapy and other forms of physical therapy in the past, but I have found that Matrix Repatterning helped trigger some deeper healing and more long lasting change in my body. “Genie Bright - thorough and effective therapist. I have had a chronic, recurring shoulder problem (painful) for more than a decade and no treatment has ever produced long term results until I received Matrix Repatterning treatments from Genie Bright. Osteopathy and massage therapy from therapists had produced some short term relief, but now, thanks to Genie's Matrix work, my problem is completely gone (and it has been nearly a year now). This type of treatment requires a number of sessions, so don't necessarily expect a miracle on the first few visits. My shoulder problem persisted throughout these gentle treatments right up until the final one. To my complete amazement, after that final treatment my old, long-term issue completely went away!
