“So I would like to start off with saying that Dawson is absolutely lovely and very pleasant. Asked all the right questions and I was looking forward to my hour massage. Unfortunately I was not able to relax and enjoy my massage due someone in the next room being so loud my entire massage. Dawson noted it as well and we even discussed it and he did apologize. It was so distracting that I could not relax. You could hear the whole conversation that went on for at least 50 mins of my massage. The funny thing is it was one sided. Loud laughter and personal talk. Voice was raised the whole time. It was either a staff member on the phone or if it was a client staff did not ask her to lower her voice due to other sevices going on. I did wish Dawson would have excused himself and approached the other room and kindly ask that they lower their voice. I definitely was not able to relax and was so distracted. I also feel Dawson was very distracted as well. As I was leaving I saw a note on the back of Dawson's door which read " please be quiet, Reiki going on next door". I did chuckle and shake my head in the moment. Sadly my first experience here was not a good one.”Read moreShow less
