“Have got a couple massages here now. Tammy is excellent at what she does, she fines sore muscles i didn't even know I had and works out the knots. Will definitely continue to return here. “I booked a massage at Waterloo Wellness because I had severe shoulder pain and inflammation that wasn’t going away. Jessica was amazing, her massage really made my pain go down from 10 to maybe a 4, and I even had the courage to go to a Yin class that day when I couldn’t even think to move before going for the massage!
