“I had an appointment today, and I left feeling very disappointed. The dentist kept me waiting for quite some time and did not even take a moment to introduce herself. After a brief interaction, she moved on to the next patient without any explanation or courtesy. I have been coming to this clinic for the past three years, and until today, my experiences have always been positive. That is why this encounter was particularly upsetting. As a long-time patient, I expected a basic level of respect, communication, and professionalism. I understand that clinics can be busy, but a simple introduction and a few moments of genuine patient care can make a significant difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would hate to see the quality of care and patient experience decline at a place I have trusted for so many years.”

“This was my son’s second visit here, and my first time bringing him in, and I have to say the team was absolutely wonderful! They were so kind, patient, and accommodating with him, which really put both of us at ease. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr.Ash is pleasant and listens to all your concerns and helps address them all with peace of mind.
